By accessing and using NegateWaste ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
NegateWaste provides a Google Ads optimization tool that uses Artificial Intelligence to identify and suggest negative keywords. The Service allows you to connect your Google Ads account, analyze campaigns, and export suggestions.
To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
By using the Service, you grant NegateWaste permission to access your Google Ads data via the Google Ads API. We store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing you with optimization suggestions. We do not share your ad data with third parties.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, including that the Service will operate error-free or that the Service, its servers, or the content are free of computer viruses or similar contamination or destructive features.
NegateWaste shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of the Service.
